How do I reserve a puppy?
After we speak and confirm fit, a reservation fee holds your place in the litter. We keep you updated weekly with weights, photos, and milestones until go-home day.
When can my puppy come home?
Puppies are typically ready between 8–10 weeks once they clear a vet exam, receive age-appropriate vaccines, and demonstrate confident eating, crate comfort, and people-handling.
Can we visit first?
Yes. Visits are by appointment so we can sanitize, keep pups calm, and dedicate time to your questions. Virtual meetings are available if you live far away.
Do you health test parents?
We screen for cardiac health, von Willebrand’s Disease, thyroid, and structural soundness. Vet records and testing details are shared transparently at pickup.
What comes with my puppy?
- Written health guarantee and vaccination/de-worming history.
- Starter food, blanket with litter scent, and a chew toy for comfort.
- Training roadmap for the first 30 days home plus lifetime support from us.
Do you crop ears or dock tails?
We keep tails and ears natural unless a cropping plan is agreed to in writing before reservation. Any cropping is performed by a licensed veterinarian and includes extended stay for recovery and aftercare instructions.
How do you socialize the litter?
We use age-appropriate exposures: novel textures and sounds, gentle handling, car rides, and supervised play with kids. That early neutrality training is continued by you with our checklist.
What support do you provide after pickup?
We stay on call for training tweaks, nutrition questions, and to coordinate with your vet if needed. If life changes, we will help rehome or receive the dog back per our contract.
Do you deliver?
